Public papers, reports and software.
Direct links to public outputs, with their type and status. Project pages hold the fuller methods, results and limitations; unreleased research belongs under Work.

Public mathematical paper / releasev1.0.0 · 11 September 2026
Public article / position paperPublished on Overdog
Historical safety failures, runtime measurement for AI systems and the limits of retrospective assurance. A public argument, not a peer-reviewed paper or validation of CARF performance.

Software releasePublic Python package
Design-aware confidence intervals for 2 × 2 tables. Source code, tests and independent numerical fixtures are public. Exact conditional methods and score-based or other asymptotic methods are labelled separately. No universal-exactness, CARF-validation or clinical-validation claim.

Public prototype / demonstratorFormal release-boundary proof of concept
A public demonstrator for releasing one fixed, tightly specified aggregate output format from synthetic, Trusted Research Environment (TRE) shaped data. The checked statement concerns admissibility under the repository's encoded release predicate, not the correctness of upstream scientific counts. The scope excludes arbitrary TRE outputs, the surrounding platform and general regulatory compliance.

The wider CARF R&D implementation and E364 laboratory are not represented here as public software releases. Paper I's public release is a distinct output. Further reports and manuscripts are added once public and citable, with their own evidence and limitations.
Prior scientific record
Seventy-plus peer-reviewed papers, prior to Overdog.
70+Peer-reviewed papers
5,000+Citations
Co-author of more than 70 peer-reviewed papers in statistical genetics and cancer genomics, with more than 5,000 citations as of August 2026, prior to Overdog. These figures describe that earlier scientific record, not publications or validation of the current AI programme.
